I scored all of the music to this menu screen in Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. One of the most important points to consider here was to make it loopable, to flow easily from the end of the piece back into the beginning and sit comfortably in the background, should the player leave the menu on for a long time. Production elements were very important to emphasise the sinister feel to this score; including things like the low-passed, highly reverberated drums, and the tremolo and delay used on the piano, giving a sense of ambience and sound design to the soundtrack as well.
